HOW LONG DO I HAVE PEAR TREE MEADOW FOR?

As an example, for a Saturday wedding we allow access to Pear Tree Meadow from Friday morning for clients to set up/decorate until midday the following Monday. Unlike other venues, here at Pear Tree Meadow we don’t want our clients to feel under pressure to set up on the morning of their wedding day or clear up early the day after.

CAN I PUT UP MY OWN DECORATIONS AT PEAR TREE MEADOW?

Yes!, by using string, wires, cable ties or chains items can be attached to the framework of the marquee. We are happy to give advice if you have any questions or are not sure of anything.

DO YOU HAVE CATERERS, PHOTOGRAPHERS, BANDS, FLORISTS, TOILET HIRE ETC YOU RECOMMEND

Yes we do. Upon confirmation of your booking and payment of the deposit a list of very reliable & professional associate partners that we can recommend and that have provided services at Pear Tree Meadow before, will be made available to you. You are free to pick all, some or none of them if you have your own preferred suppliers.

WHEN & WHAT DO I PAY

A 25% non-returnable deposit is payable upon booking Pear Tree Meadow. A further 25% is payable 2 month from the date of the event with the balance being paid 28 days before the event date. A £500 returnable damage & breach of conditions deposit is also required. This will be returned after the event provided that there is no damage beyond reasonable wear & tear and that none of the site conditions have been breached.

IS THERE NEARBY ACCOMMODATION

Yes, plenty. On booking we can provide a list of local hotels & inns and we can also provide a list of local taxi companies to get you and your guests to and from Pear Tree Meadow.
